With such amazing looks there were no shortage of male admirers for Jackie Wright. She was a hopeless romantic and enjoyed being swooned upon by Zammo. But she hated the idea of being a trophy girlfriend - and being taken for granted. Anyone competing for her affections, such as Steven Banks, would only get a frosty reception. In fact, Jackie hated violence and her loyalties were divided during Grange Hill's bitter feud with Brookdale. But she was devoted to Zammo. Their biggest test came during his battle against heroin addiction, but Zammo kicked the smack and their relationship emerged stronger than before.
Jackie's family were never seen but lived on an estate near Grange Hill. She was protective of younger brother Robbie and always on hand to dish out sisterly advice. She enjoyed hanging out with her mates and was easy to get along with; but if there was something on her mind, Jackie couldn't bit her lip!
