Got mine sort of running now , going to take it somewhere local to have it set up , then a trip to HT to have it properly set up .

print out I have here shows 181 bhp on the engine dyno on 50's , Ive gone down to 45's so expecting a bit of a loss there (how much do the experts think?)

Would be up for this as well. My engine came from a starlet grass track car that ran 180 at the wheels. Dunno what carbs it was on but is on 48's now

Well "peak" bhp numbers will drop maybe 10bhp but bottom end power will go up . Engine dyno numbers will be higher than rolling road numbers as they have an open inlet path to the trumpets (no engine bay/innerwing restrictions etc) , less heat as the engine is in the open and usually the engines on an engine dyno have no alternater fitted and horizontal exhaust manifold primary pipes .
