If it's Biarritz on the north coast (bay of Biscay) of France across to Bilbao (the port) in Spain my Autoroute gives it as just over 90 miles and and just under 90 minutes to get there.

nice part of the country bilbao.first time i went it had been devasted by fllods so stayed in san sebastion beside it lovely recommend you have a look gj
