A number of classic cars are to go on sale as part of an H&H auction during the upcoming Race Retro event at Stoneleigh Park,
Entry for the auction is to close on February 26th, but one car that is already down to go on sale is a 1971 Ford Escort MKI RS160
Organisers said the classic car is "one of two RS1600 cars that Historic Motorsports of Daventry assembled to what some have described as the ultimate rally specification yet achieved for a MKI Escort".
Another Ford Escort, a 1975 MKII RS1800, will also be up for auction having undergone extensive restoration over the years.
The motor is expected to attract a price of between £90,000 and £110,000.
Race Retro will be taking place between March 12th and 14th, and one motor on show will be an Isla Racing two-litre car driven by Travis drummer Neil Primrose.
