What all devices do you use to stop/ deter theft?

Ive got a few planned, simple but effective unless you know what your looking for but Im still nervous about parking the escort somwhere descrete

I know that immobilising a dizzy-powered car is pretty ineffective since theres little to immobilise but how about a thatcham 1 alarm? anyone got one fitted, or reccomend one?

oh hell no, i dont want anyone to put specific information about their car up, im not putting up anything about mine, haha call me paranoid but i dont want to risk anything haha

Im just after general ideas or experiances and mainly peoples opinions on some of the thatcham approved alarms

The only problem is, you cannot go to the pub or pop to the shops
