As some of you know after i sold the mk1 the idea was get some cash to sort out a few bits and try something different.
i have always wanted to do some green laning, so the mk1 was sold and a honda xr250 was purchased.
training and test were booked for the second week in jan - weather put payed to that one
so training and tests re-booked (direct access on a 500)
well today i passed my mod 2 without even a minor

so now its time to insure and tax the bike and get out and get dirty

thanks to andy c for the riding stuff

Good bike the XR250. I had one for about 6 years and ran it into the ground - only needed servicing. Good dual purpose machine - you could take it off-road onto the pavements when the roads got clogged up

any green lanes down your way did this years ago early 1990's on a xr250 all over yorkshire and lake district ever sunday but not made welcome now as the 4X4 boys have wrecked all the lanes
