          I'd happily repeat 2007 or 2008

          I voted for 2008

Loved the stops in '07 - the waterfall etc

Loved the roads in '08 - even if I got told off for going too fast, I'm sure Grum will back me up - we weren't going to fast were we ??
          Cheers Rob.

i thought the fact of the 2008 being too long was good because you made a day of it, and the weather and the road where just brilliant.

tho it just seemed long, nursing a failing clutch and hoping to find fuel for Brett

the route was great in 2008, but the run through the valley to honister in 09 was breathtaking.

                              Done all 4 Tours,

2006 was awesome but there's too many cars to go the same roads now

2007 was fine though oiled up 2 sets of plugs with the slow trundling around

2008 was my favourite, over Hartside, Tan Hill, High Force and back down the Triangle

2009 The weather spolit it a bit but that's the Lake District for you

Voted 2008, A few tweeks to the route but those are my favourite roads to use
