      Briatore

In my opinion ,he should stay banned. He knew what the consequence could be ,IF he is allowed back in to the fold ,what does that tell all the other team managers.Ron may decide well if he gets back I will come back too.Lets try and keep out corupt managers from F1

The lifetime ban has been overturned by the court, but currently remains in force:

The Court’s decision is not enforceable until the FIA's appeal options have been exhausted. Until then, the World Motor Sport Council’s decision continues to apply.

        Further:

The Court has rejected the claims for damages made by Mr. Briatore and Mr. Symonds and their claim for an annulment of the FIA's decision. In particular, the Court did not examine the facts and has not reversed the FIA's finding that both Briatore and Symonds conspired to cause an intentional crash at the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix.

So although the lifetime ban may be overturned (subject to appeal as above), the Court would not anul the findings of the FIA for the incident, i.e. Briatore remains guilty of he incident.
