Change front master cylinder size to improve front fluid transfer to the 6 pot calipers.
Fit larger diameter dry sump oil return pipework .
Fit a line lock for drag strip burnouts .
Get a new 202/200 engine block or liners .
Swop from a 4:1 diff to a 4:4 .
Swop 2.8 bilsteins to new GAZ shockers .
Not much then ...................

Well my MK2 is back from paint in a couple of weeks, cant wait.
Then its a start on the wiring....scary eh!

hmmmm, i could go on a while..... but the shortlist is
- fit new AP Racing clutch kit
- fit 3 spoke RS wheel
- buy and fit 2 x Oscars and 2 x Super Oscars
- buy and fit from rolltops
- Fit new cam cover (when i get one)
and finally Rag the **** out of it and get to plenty shows
My New Years resolution was to rebuild the MK1 into it's former glory.
So since Friday i've secured a rebuilt x-flow rally engine, probably a dog box too.... and booked it in to have the following. Gussets/ turrets/ big tunnel/Chassis skids/axle brace/ seat rails/ rebuild front end and add reinforced strut tops.... I've been busy!!
My aim is the PK Memorial rally in late June as that will be 10 years to the event since I last used it, then my local event the Gogledd.(Maybe Snowdonia tour if it runs?) and then finally the Cambrian Historic stage rally....
I'm well excited about this year!!!

new oil and filters including gerabox oil and diff.
tax then new mot.
and hopefully get to enjoy a bit more than i did in 2009
