    Money , wifey and baby stop me from working on my cars . She don't mind me working on the house all weekend though .

      oh yes the good lady don't mind me spending all my time sorting out around the house and pool, i have a few things on the go i have almost finished off a 68 corvette that i have been working on so it will be nice to get rid of that out of my shed so i can concentrate on the escort. heres a picc of the old vette

          427 manual on triple hollys the motor is a bit trick and should see 500 hp just a few more jobs and i'm rid of it. rear suspesion to rebush set carbs up fit new hood and propshaft and rebuild rear brakes so not to much left now lol. i work for corvette queensland over here so i get a few sideline jobs to do this one belongs to a bloke from sydney i have never met him i just got a phone call off him and then the car turned up three days later. so long as he's got plenty of cash to pay up i don't care ahahahahh. i have another one to sort out when this one is done but not as much to do but it's a beast 700hp big block with a blower so that will be nice to work on

            All helps to pay for a few bits on the Escort...with your nice shell it should be dead easy after working on these.

              they are a bitch to work on the wipers gave me a real headache all vacume operated scuttle panel trying to get it to do what i wanted was a pain ahahhaha same as the lights but all repiped and working nicely now

                  RAC do cover here but it's ****ing shite, the mrs broke down called them out the car needed a tow they wanted $260 for this so i rang the local recovery firm and they charged me $120. youu can't get relay out here it only covers 1ok from home

                          Its not really the welding thats putting me plus the missus won`t let me get one, its the lining up of panels etc. I just wouldn`t want to take the risk and end up having to get it all done again
