    well for me it's been this













    i have finished all the fence now just a few more bit's to do round the pool and i am done well for a while anyway. so what stops you lot ???

        there is still money to be made building at the moment but land is going up same as everywhere. i had it valued last week and if i sold it i would be 150k up but capital gains would have me for a good lump, i'm looking for another plot at the moment there are more on the same road but the good blocks have gone up 50k since i bought this one so maybe i will look for a resto insted of building another on the same street.

          rs2000express i love haveing a bit of space i could not have this in the uk well not for the money it cost me anyway. the first job was the shed pal and far enough away from the house so our gert won't bother me

            thats very nice what kind of money does that cost over there if you dont mind me asking. I had one like it in florida and that was about £130,000

              no bother andy it will be about $360-70 by the time i done maybe a bit more it all depends what i do with the rest of the garden and driveways
