How have they died , old age or illness ? My mums cats got very sick and both nearly died after flea drops were put on their necks .

8 years is very young for cats to just die out of the blue . Maybe they were poisoned by something . Could be something around the house/garage or nearby area , some dodgy medicine like those flea drops etc , an evil neighbour maybe ?? It's very sad when pets die , especially when young kids love them .

Been there aswell my cat passed away 2 weeks ago 14 years old died of kidney failure and i guess old age seems strange around the house.Allways expect him by the front door.
