A Bra for your RS??

An Aussie member on IEC posted these pics at a local show.
The RS has what they call a Bra on its nosecone to stop stone chips and bugs!!
Haven't seen one before.

Ruddys' (Louie can you check I have the apostrophe in the right place) put some timber on since growing that beard.


Most of my old American cars had a bra thrown in the boot & the vans had bugflectors on the leading of the bonnet to stop stone chips.
My current Chevy van has one.
So they have been around years, more recently I've seen them on a lot of VW Golfs.

Not seen one on an Escort before.

Its not just VW bonnet bra's are popular with. A lot of french car owners have them too (renault, peugeot etc) ..... infact ... anything that people consider to have the "euro look"

I must admit i think they look pretty cool
