don't worry chris, you can put a claim in with the post office for every day that its late, starting on the 1st of jan, just divide the price by 365, multiply that by the number of days late, then bang a claim in

Hold on there big boy, all post is insured to the sum of £36ish (not sure of correct amount) but the claim must come from the person who posted the item as long as they have proof of postage.
If you can't prove postage then no claim can be made, this becomes a mine field when items coming from over seas as who knows what Mail company may of lost an item.

All I can say is lots of flights in the UK that Royal Mail operate have been effected by the bad weather and there has been lots of diversions taking place with post going via road and rail, this then causes delays as mail takes longer to arrive.
I know as I have been running lots of these diversions around the UK for the last few weeks.
Just wait to see what turns up in the post this coming week as very few items do go missing from the post these days.

On a plus point I do like Jan's pic

                            • To all who haven't received their calendar yet AND paid me before the 25th of December: can you send me a pm with your address details?
I will check if I printed a addresslabel for it and also if the address is the correct one.
