Just had conformation via email from Game that the above is going to be delivered tomorrow and i was given a tracking, has anyone else had conformation? release date is the 10th Nov so am a bit confused

It must be due for release soon as the pirates have had copies out for a few days now.
It's the same with the new Grand theft auto, that's been around for over a week.

Not really a game player myself but know a couple of people that live on their Xbox 360's

a mate of mine has been playing MW2 for a couple of days , but if you try to play online it notifies Microshit and they will remove your account, how nice is that
