going to get the back end done over winter, back seat etc and go from there, was thinking of doing the underneath but is it worth it??

Depends on what you want to do with it. I did mine and now wish I hadn't as I can't be arsed to clean under there very often as it is a pain in the arse. Next time I would do what Ruddy did and just paint it black and be done with it.
