was talking to the misses last night and was sitting on the sofa and had one leg over the arm of the chair, was only in that position for about 10 mins.
When i put my left back on the floor it felt a bit painfull but thought nothing more of it.
Woke up this morning and my knee is swollen and cant hardly walk or sit for long.
Off to the docs at 9.30.
Looks like i will be joining the day shift again for a while
