What is a Goodwood trackday like?

Hello all, as I live down South I am quite limited as to what Track days I can do and there just happens to be one in the next month or so at Goodwood, which is about 20 mins from my house. The question is....is it any good there? Bearing in mind it will be an 'open pit day' and cost £185.

Any opinions?

I did a trackday at Goodwood in my standard Mk2 Mexico back in the early '90s.

It is a really fast track, I was over taken by Jonathan Palmer driving a McLaren F1 Road car (prototype) and it nearly blew my doors off.
