Picked up a sports injury this weekend...

Playing Dad's n lad's rugby I felt a sharp whack in my calf muscle like a rock had been thrown at me, apparantly I have calf strain due to my calf muscle being ripped apart from my achilles tendon ouch.

I'm hobbling around but in severe pain

Saw someone snap an achilles once playing squash. Real loud crack then he hit the deck. Not nice. Can be very painfull. Take it easy son.
