They've got a great website and online ordering with paypal. All of that works including automated messages that order is being sent out etc.
Trick is, nothing is being done and no-one answers. It's just an automated money spinner.
Items were not expensive enough to warrant me trying again to 'phone them from Germany.
Guess I'll lodge some sort of complaint via PayPal. That usually freezes their account and provokes a reaction
