Heres a good one for you PC experts, Just had a new video card fitted to my old Desk top that runs XP. All well and now works with Sims 3 so my oldest is well happy at last
Any way comes to Shut down as normal and usual Windows is shutting down screen appears and switches off as it should, Takes a step away and it starts back up again
So I think no problem maybe its just doing a update or something so I try to shut down and guess what same again it starts back up 
Had a word with a mate whos into Computers a bit and said he aint come across this one before any ideas would be well appreciated

Im a bit thick with these things .But Ive just been into the Bios setting ( went in using the f2 button on the packard bell page) and I cant find anything linked to USB enabled in there Brian ?
