o it did,about a week after the flats were signed over we had a floor and all the ground floor garage flooded,came very closer to there main switch board in there aswell,not had a flood since july 07

A mate that works at the body shop (not sure thought it was part of your place) phoned me one weekend to say he was wadeing around in it. Shame as I'm guessing being a small palce it's fairly good little garage compared to the cowboy ranches I've worked at Never been in there thou but drive past alot. I thought you was working at Hartwells in Oxford.
