3" Custom Built Stainless Steel Exhaust

As some of you may know I MOT for www.mijperformance.com based in Walsall

Their main business is making bespoke Stainless Steel exhaust systems

Very soon a MK2 RS2000 will be appearing on track and on The Works Team stands at various shows and its owner is a member on here.

It has a Cozzy Turbo on L8 management fitted and am sure that when car is finished there will be loads of piccies on here.

The pics on this thread are of a 3" Stainless Steel system being built onto the car.

That includes a 3" downpipe and 2 silencers

Right hand exit and over axle keeping system as straight as possible

The system (minus mounting brackets) is now complete and sounds absolutely sweet

Mega flow with hardly any noise

System will be sent away next week for polishing

Refitting and then fit brackets

Am sure its owner will be more than happy with the result

This particular car is being done as a test bed as MIJ want to get more into MKI and MKII's (well I have to guide them away from rice boilers - lol)

Prices will be based on individual work required but a guideline figure would be apprx £400 which compared with a mild steel system is great value
