Recommendation needed

Can anyone recommend...

A. Somewhere to fit a DIY wiring loom for an ECU/throttle body set up in my RS2000

B. Somewhere to map my Omex ECU once the wiring is done

I'm based in Essex, but I don't mind trailering the car to someone decent.
