                      Sat navs

Tom tom One Europe for me,BUT in Spain if you need to turn LEFT,then you go into a slip road bit on the RIGHT,that brings you up to some give way lines. You wait there, and when its clear BOTH ways you GO...BUT my Tom Tom tells me to turn right into these slip roads, then turn right AGAIN back onto the road that i am already on !
                      So not foolproof !

I've got a Garmin Nuvi 200 with European maps and it works fine

I've got a Navman S80 from Halfords. Works a treat and it has got European maps as well.
