This site is already causing problems with the wife as she says I spend too much time on it (suppose everynight for 2 weeks catching up on all the previous posts is somewhat excessive) 
Anyway to the point
Was thinking of doina a cosworth conversion however may try a somewhat less ambitious Zetec transplant for my first track mk2 I realise that I can quite easily get say 170bhp from the engine but what performance is this likely to give considering the weight of the car! (0-60 1/4 mile etc)
Also does anyone know of any good articles / sites I could look at for the conversion
