Have any of you seen or sent money for parts to the ad in classic ford
page 158, bottom right ,second from the bottom.
If so i recommend you stop the cheque, as i have.
I phoned up about the new x-member to find out he had a list of parts
some new some used,I ended up buying a new boxed x-member £50,a new boxed servo and braket £50 and a mint choc centre console £40.
A bargin or so i thought ....
He also claimed to have a new genuine ford flat front bonnet £80 another bargin,i passed this on to someone on here.When my friend phoned up he said it didnt sound right, to good to be true.So i asked him to phone the ad back up and ask about my parts if they were still for sale.
The answer was " yes they are still for sale" this was when he had received my cheque.
Cheque stopped now in time, a big thanks to my mate.
The guy is from Cardiff by the name of Andy no surname as cheque was to be made payable to his partner.For the Welsh on here it was a address in Woodchurch, Cardiff.
I hope no one else has sent money but if you have i also hope you can stop payment in time.
