What do we do, do we bring our own disposable BBQ etc?

Obviously bring loads of drink

It's my first time as well - are there any shops etc near the hotel, or do you need to get stocked up on beer / food etc. before hand?

if i were you's boys i'd stock up and fill cool boxes before you set off and bring plenty of disposable bbq's, yes there is an asda nearby, but once you've rocked up you wont want to go out again shopping for scran, this was my experience anyhoo
