Idea's needed

I've been asked to attend our local youth club committee meeting tomorrow and try to come up with some new activities for the kids, it has an age range from 5 to 14 but only 8-10 members so any input would be gratefully received, i thought about taking some escort parts and teach them how to degrease and rub down but the wife says i need to come up with something better As ive not been a youth for a number of years i could do with some help,
