Anybody from Malvern or nearby?

Im going to be working at Three Counties Showground for a weekend and I have never been to the area before. I am a keen walker and climber and I know there are some good hills around there. So I wanted to ask if there is a decent one I can do in a short time window of about four hours. I hope to see some fine views etc.. Or maybe some cycle routes I can bring my mountain bike to go and see the views on WB or NH if there are no cycle restrictions.

Apart from the obvious answer of the Malvern Hills, which are an easy family afternoon's walk, how far would you want to drive from Malvern?

The view from the Malverns is fairl good though.

Well i would have to be at the showground for midday, so I have to arrive in that area about 8am to take a walk or bike ride in the hills. I imagine that the Beacon or North Hill will be what I do, just wondered if anybody knew id I could take my mountain bike up there? If not Im happy to walk it stop up there cook some grub theb walk back and go to work.
