Ford Ranger

Well guys, after a few weeks looking, and a couple of viewings of nackers I finally picked up a Ranger, I have been surprised how quickly these seem to sell and how much some people will pay, lost out on a couple cos my budget wouldn't stretch far enough. Anyway a local dealer got this one in on Thursday direct form BT Fleet, I viewed it yesterday afternoon and bid him on it, showed him the money and he dropped it at mine an hour later, job sorted. BT have supplied a printout showing its service schedule but all its original handbooks and service books are there as well. It had a secure storage box in the back where the two occasional seats would fold down, removed that and the seats are still in their factory plastic bags. Had some nice racking in the back but I have took that out as well, bit of room for sleeping bags

It has the odd ding here and there, pents a bit flat but should mop up but I wasn't looking to concourse it, inside is lovely and clean.Not sure yet if I will keep the canopy on or not ........

should look good with some minilites on it, nice bit of kit, ebay the rack and tool bins, very clean interior for an ex bt truck

few friends of mine have had these and they are pretty bullet proof however the engines are not that great until now as the new ranger gets a 3.0 litre TDCI lump which is fantastic.

Personally if I was going for a pick up I would go for the F250 as they are really good towing tools and the crew cab is a decent size as well
