yesterday my cousin 35 he is a Armed bodygaurd in suadi arabia, ex army very fit eatss well and all that pish,

had a heart attack, we cant believe it here,

but boy does it make me think, I'm overweight smake too much and eat crap sometimes plus a few years older too
