A friend ordered me a front screen rubber from East Kent before Christmas, but we had to wait until this week for it to arrive. During the couple of calls we made to chase it up, we were told that they are now using a different supplier - so I wonder if this was because of previous complaints?

I may have just been lucky, but we didnt have any "proper" tools - just a length of electrical wire and some washing up liquid - and the screen went in without any bother at all
