  • More low life scum

Came out my home tonight to go to work and caught two low life scum walking my 125cc motorbike away

Just ran at them and the look on there face, one run off leaving his mate holding my bike (nothing like mates backing each other up in the underworld), the other just held the bike until I grabed it off him and off on his toes he went.
Both had hoodies on so no real proper look at them, no damage to the bike so no real point in reporting it to the Police as I know nothing will be done just the standard "so you were a victim of crime" letter.
I did see a local Police car at the top my the road so flagged them down and explained what had just happened so they said they will have a drive around.

Now I have to buy another chain as they have made off with the one on the bike, chances are it has their finger prints on it so might have a look for it in the morning when I get home.

At least I still got the bike for now until next time

I would have grabbed the lad, not the bike, then something could have been done

But this would of done some damage to the bike which I would end up paying for as nothing would of been done except for me up in front of the court for ABH of a minor in our present law system

Never be afraid of using reasonable force to defend your property. Common law allows it. If you shot him in the back, that's a different kettle of fish.

As far as damage is concerned, then yes, it's a fine line what to do, but getting the thief would be a high priority of mine.

Glad you got the bike back though.

They need their bo**ocks chopped off to stop them breeding.

I'd be locked up cos I couldn't stop myself from giving them a good kicking before I called the police!
                          Cheers
