There used to be quite a while ago, infact I think there were a couple, one that springs to mind was the Tony Lynn Jones trophy, Tony was a guy well into his Escorts who sadly passed away and a Trophy was presented in his name to the best AVO car, sure the old hands (pop and GJ will correct me or fill in the blanks) , I also beleive ther used to be one named after one of the Ford AVO managers, again awarded at National Day to the best AVO.

Dicks wife purchasd the trophy in 1989 and asked if the if i could ensure the award went annually to a worthy recipient.
