I Totally agree, i went yesterday and it was P##S POOR!!! Besides the 2 New Focus RS, there was,nt anything to see, and £29 to get in, the last time i went im sure it was only £14 to get in. Mind you the 2 birds on the BmW stand were well worth a look!!! i deffo would!!!

This was probably before they made the purchase of a ticket for the "Live Action Arena" part of the main entry ticket (previosly it had been an option).

I did ask them why thay had done this - did actually get a reply

                          This was back in 2007

                          "Dear David

Thank you for your email. We have discontinued the entry-only public tickets for Saturday and Sunday 2 years ago as our visitor surveys indicated visitors who have seen the Live Action Arena show had a much better experience of the event than the ones who have seen only the static exhibition. Many visitors also told us they changed their perception of certain categories of the sport that they didn't find that interesting prior to seeing the Arena show - oval racing for example.

Eventually the percentage of visitors who bought entry only tickets was so low that it was not feasible anymore to continue producing them.

With kind regards and we hope you can still make it to the show.

                          Marcin Piechowski
                          Autosport International"

I take it you did go and see the show??

                          David
