My lads taking his test shortly so we've been looking at insurance, all quotes for the usual clio,106 etc are stupid (£1000+++) but he can get classic insurance for about £600

So anyone got a Mk2 1300 for sale as standard as possible with MOT?

will he not have to prove that he owns another car as well as a classic car. as in its not his daily drive?
