That's got lots of ground clearance with it's big , tall wheels and tyres . I think you need to look closer, link boxes have even been liften up inside the car runs a tubular crossmember with drop links to get suspension geometry correct

Did any low cars get stuck on the lakes tour then ? I went up there for a holiday in 2007 and the roads are terrific . I took my £300 2 litre 16v estate car and drove about like Colin Mcrae and even had the German Shepard stuck on the back window around the mountain passes !!!!!! .

ive not heard of any cars gettin stuck in the 3 years its ran,spence mk2 is lower and that fat ****er got around ok

Bill drove the Lakes Tour this year, just took it down there on a trailer, the pic with the trailer was at our Knockhill tracknightComment

It took me allday to get there in the normal car sitting at 90mph (the police never bat an eye at the dog wagon) so i will need too leave a day early in the Escort and mark all the petrol stations out on the map !!!!!!!sigpic 2.1 ATMO YB POWER .
