As some of you know a lorry was stolen from my compound a while ago, the vehicle was found and the driver arrested, Just received a letter from the fuzz saying that "at this stage, no evidence has come to light which would support a prosecution" well if this is how the legal system works then im lost for words, he was driving my vehicle that clearly didn't belong to or have my permission to drive and they come out with this sort of rubbish

It will not be the Police mate but the CPS all cases have to pass the 'Threshold Test' of evidence I know as I work in the Volume Crime Team in Salisbury, it is so frustrating that obvious guilty people are getting away with crimes!
I unfortunately see it everyday.

I have to say I wonder some times why I bother, I have just worked on £95,000 arson and it is not being persued because of a technicallity over identification!
The person responsible has been identified but because the witness lost sight of him for several minutes the CPS have dropped the case!

Too many Liberals and Do gooders , it makes a mockery out of the Legal system that used to exist in England.
Little bit different here, You still have the right to shoot someone that is in your property illegally and claim self defence, they have to be inside your property , so if you shoot them outside you drag em back in before you dial 911

Thanks for the coments guys, i'm sure we dont know the half of what these toe rags get away with, oh the police have now said that they need to keep our lorry for evidence to help them build a case, good job we've closed for the Christmas break, god knows when we'll get it back

Lol , i worked with a bloke from South Africa and over there it's alright too shoot an intruder as long as you fire a warning shot first !!!!!!!!
