Sound Cable

Can any of you technical guys help me out here? Just connected my laptop to my new plasma tv so i can watch free videos i can understand on how to send the signal for pictures [FN/F5] But cant work out on how to get the sound through my TV instead of laptop Read on a few forums that you can use a S-Video cable but i dont i dont have an input socket for that so right now im stuck please help

What you could try is if you have a headphone socket on your laptop, then try this cable it plugs into your headphone cable and splits the signal to a conventional sound cable which your tv should have.....
