Special Vehicle Order

The MK2 in my garage has a Special Vehicle Order foil sticker on the inner wing, impossible to photograph as the flash just lights up the foil. It is an original factory applied sticker and I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what the option codes indicate. I have taken a rubbing of it, as best as possible which is shown below, the details read

Doc, all the factory black cars should have a SVO sticker on the drivers inner wing near the strut plate, simply states black paint as the option, this sticker on the blue 18 is a much smaller one and actually has an order number on.

or my pencil sharpened, the sticker on the blue MK2 is about 1/2 the size of the one on GJ's , when I built OEC and put the Group 1 kit on I got some SVO stickers from the Transit production line as a lot of Transit bodies are SVO and the sticker used to be applied by the passenger cill when the door is open, I used one and gave the other to Kev Curtis to copy for resale, I think they are slightly different to the original that is in the photo Alan took above.
