  • Well lads, my 5k budget seems to be spent...

its not a mk2 escort unfortunately....... but fleabay has provided something for me to polish. A bid more in hope than expectation, and seems not bad for the 5k. After seeing rotting RS2s and peeling 16 sports fetching 4-5k, this seemed the best i could manage. Just hope its an OK example, doing a few checks on it now.

Its one of those Jellymould things.... the colour of the moon apparently with a lovely little red motor under the bonnet, which i have a sneeky feeling may be finding its way into a mk2 RS in the next few years 6 owner, 115k, standardish with original panels and paint.

The dream of a mk2 is over for now, Jellymould it is. These have computers onboard don't you know.

    lovely car

I remmeber clearly buying my old moonstone 3dr, I was 21 got a **** off great big bank loan and bought it off the original owner (they wasnt that old then

I felt like king of the world driving that back down the motorway home

a sound investment, these and S1's will be the next big hitters (assuming the credit crunch scare doesnt squash all prices across the board

Just something to have a mess about with at weekends really, so no big plans for it, maybe sort bits of bodywork out, and pretty it up a little.

Might even be the shopping car!, as we have an e320, which is heavy on the juice.

Not actually seen it in the flesh yet!, but it 'seems' straight enough...will let you know more as i uncover its past and start my cosworth oddysey!

Nothing wrong with a Cosworth (Unless it's mine) Good choice there and you should never lose a penny on the value as these in my opinion will be the next big thing.
