hi there,
superb collection graham, good to see your still into the old school, would be good to see some of the older school again. peter nixon, loyd gerkin, alwyn dart, etc etc etc, maybe at the next anniversary bash who knows mate.
if its not for sale,i have come across them in the recent past do you want me to keep my eyes open for one, there are reprints available but if i were you id look for an original like the one above
If you see one Neil that would be great I''m not looking for a super mint one or anything just in good nik to go with the rest of the glovebox bits, I need a service book too LOL
this is but a tiny part of a vast (too Vast !) collection of all things RS.
A few peeps have asked about the various items and you may note that the Rallye Sport Folder is Bulging with goodies also.
anyway, enough of that, the RS mexico/RS2000 A4 section is from a general brochure often overlooked (features a fiesta on the front ) therefore hardly anyone bothered to keep one, thinking it was full of granada/Capri/Cortina stuff.
The Gartrac stuff is interesting and also very usefull, particularly if you are building to Gartrac spec.
The handbooks, well, they are still around, although you need to keep your eyes peeled and be prepared not to flinch too much when told the price, remember each year they increase and become more sought after, just like parts for our RS.
If you are interested in alternative old skool material (GT70/RS Capri etc) then also have a look on the old skool section (chat) of RSOC BB.
Will post some more stuff of interest to mk 2 escort enthusiasts soon,
