    The guy from Ireland has reneged on the deal to buy my Chevette
    Brought up a load of excuses why he's not buying it and can he have his deposit back!
    So it is for sale again

    Bad luck Steve....it is all meant to be I think, there's always a reason. Someone who REALLY wants it will get it sometime.

            i hope you aint gonna give the messer all his deposit back as that is what it is a deposit to say he wanted it and for you to have work done on it as well.

                  i agree with the others about keeping the deposit .. especially as he was going under a business name if i remember rightly , he should know better..

                    Sorry to hear that Steve

                    Keep the deposit as others have said he put it down to secure the car and if he no longer wants the car then the deposit should be forfeited
