Took the RS to work last night, pulled into a petrol stn for some liquid gold and could of sold the old beast there and then, bloke kept offering me cash for my car, even though I could do with the dosh after 12 yrs of the old thing its part of the family now .

Then as I was leaving work this morning one of the engineers stopped me to talk about the RS, he said he has a MK1 Mex that he is doing up at the moment and also he picked up a 1 owner from new mint MK2 Harrier that he bought from a old lady for, are you sitting down.......£150 , he said he felt bad taking it for so little so he went back and gave her another £100 .
The Harrier had sat in her garage for five yrs and the only thing he had to do was release the brakes. There are some still out there

couldn't bring myself to sell it, the trip home in the morning put a nice big grin on ma face, took a detour on the way home for some roads with nice twisty bits .
Can't beat a Pinto on full song at 5:30am in the morning with clear roads , it was an early wake up call for some
