Taff - Don't won't to give you a headache or anything but I just ran a quote of Bonusprint and they will do 50 mugs for £4.50 ea + a total of £6.99 postage?
Admitted they will only do the same picture on both sides. Didn't try Truprint or Boots or any other big photo place.
Having said that the quality may be completely crap, I've never got a photo mug from them before!
