But pence per mile is almost 2 1/3's less !
Tiny loss of power at top end but other than that no noticeable difference

The wife's jeeps lpg 4.7v8 auto, we get a bit less miles per gallon than petrol but the price more than makes up for it, no power difference at all, got a 90ltr donut tank so no room for a spare, get about 70ltrs in (80%fill only) and get 220-230miles per tank at 59p per ltr,
The multi point are surpose to be better than the single point but i dont know any one thats got one,
My brother has also had his jeep srt 6.1v8 done and says it good on the mileage now, unless he's driving it hard and using the nos that he fitted as well but thats another storysigpic

I run a 4.6 Range Rover.... From personal experience the Classic is the more trouble free. The P38 has more toys (things to go wrong) nicer trim etc.
Mine is single point LPG donut spare wheel well tank holds 70 litres of gas.
All seem to have some sort of overheating issues, head gaskets, pourous blocks, slipped liners etc...
If you get a good one they are pretty reliable. Fuel consumpstion. My Classic was thirsty 3.5 litre engine, 70 litres of gas gave you 140 -180 miles depending on round town or on a run.
The P38 I have now, took the pics below yesterday as I'm going to ebay it, gives me 180 round town & I've had 240 miles to a tank on a run.
70 litres costs £36 where I fill up.
Mark....
