I have had the pleasure of viewing and photographing this car at RSOC Northern Day and Lakes Tour.
As said by previous members on this forum it falls into a very small minority of original unrestored low mileage cars which only a true RS enthusiast would appreciate it's value.

With regards to people such as Mr. Orrill , where money is no problem,
if he decides to view cars for sale I feel he should keep his negative comments to himself and let others have their own opinion and judge for themselves what a truly remarkable car EEC really is.

I wish to continue enjoying these cars in the future and would hate to see
them being locked away, or people too afraid to bring them to shows for fear what individuals may broadcast.

Hi Cragster welcome to the BB.

I thought I would endorse your post as I am also disappointed to read the negative comments posted about EEC.

The passion for the early Escorts in all guises makes this BB what it is. It is very ususual for the more "Special Escorts" to be criticised in this way.

I would imagine Tony would not be pleased if negative comments were posted about the vehicles in his possesion.

EEC is a lovely car and much appreciated by me and many others.

Its only my opinion but making comments about cars for sale or how much somebody has paid for something should be between the buyer and seller.
