Been in touch with the dvla and they are sending me the registered keepers details, at a cost of £5.00. cant be bad eh
so when it arrives i will have to send a very nice letter to the owner
and see what happens

looks like a car that was near me a asian lad owned it from oldham i think he sold it for around 20k but may not be that car would need to see the wheels to say if it was the car
