I've had a few sets made up by Steve at Framptons, good quality.

OHK, SLE, BAY and the Harrier all have plates supplied by him, turnaround after ordering is within 4 working days, and you can pay with Paypal.

Loads of different styles - I've had 2 sets of reflective aluminium with black plastic letters, spacing and alignment done on the original jigs from the '70s!
